Analog Devices Inc. LTM4668A/LTM4668 Four-Channel DC/DC µModule® Regulator
The Analog Devices LTM4668A and LTM4668 are four-channel DC/DC buck µModule® regulators whose outputs can be paralleled to form an array capable of delivering up to 4.8A of current. The package includes a switch controller, power FETs, inductors, and配套 components. The LTM4668A operates from an input voltage range of 2.7V to 17V and supports an output voltage range of 0.6V to 5.5V. It requires only bulk input and output capacitors. The device supports frequency synchronization, multiphase operation, optional Burst Mode operation, 100% duty cycle, and low IQ operation. With a high switching frequency and current mode architecture, the device can make very fast transient responses to voltage and load changes without affecting stability. Fault protection features include overvoltage, overcurrent, and overtemperature protection.
Fault protection features include overvoltage, overcurrent, and overtemperature protection. The power module is housed in a space-saving, thermally enhanced 6.25mm × 6.25mm × 2.1mm BGA package. The LTM4668A is available with SnPb (BGA) or RoHS-compliant terminal finishes.
