EEPROM Memory IC Series
- 24Cxx Series: Such as 24C02, 24C04, 24C16, 24C64, 24C256, etc., this series uses the I²C interface and has different storage capacities ranging from 2Kb to 256Kb. The operating voltage range is wide, working between 1.7V and 5.5V, suitable for storing device configuration information, user setting parameters, etc., and widely used in various electronic devices, such as consumer electronics, industrial control equipment, etc.
- 24AAxx Series: Including models like 24AA01, 24AA256, etc., these are also I²C interface EEPROM memory ICs with features of small size and low power consumption. The storage capacity of 24AA01 is 1Kb, while 24AA256 has a capacity of 256Kb. They can be used in applications that do not require high storage capacity but demand data non-volatility, such as smart cards, small sensor nodes, etc.
- 25LCxx Series: For example, 25LC512, 25LC640, etc., this series is SPI interface EEPROM memory ICs with storage capacities ranging from 64Kb to 512Kb. They have a higher data transfer rate and can meet the requirements of some applications that have higher demands on data reading and writing speed, such as data acquisition systems, communication equipment, etc.
NOR Flash Memory IC Series
- SST25VF Series: Such as SST25VF040B, SST25VF080B, etc., using the SPI interface, with storage capacities of 4Mb, 8Mb, and other specifications. They feature high speed, low power consumption, high reliability, fast erase speed, and can achieve low-latency execute-in-place (XIP) functionality, suitable for many embedded systems like servers, printers, cloud computing systems, high-definition televisions, etc.
- SST26VF Series: For example, SST26VF064B, this series is a SuperFlash® NOR Flash memory chip using the serial Quad I/O™ interface, with storage capacity up to 64Mb, featuring higher data transfer rates and better performance, meeting the high-end application requirements for storage capacity and read/write speed.
SRAM Memory IC Series
- 23LCV512: A 512Kb serial SRAM that can be connected to the SPI port of a microcontroller, supporting SDI (or dual SPI) mode, including an 8-bit instruction register, which can be connected to microcontrollers without built-in SPI ports via discrete I/O lines. It also supports battery power supply, making it a non-volatile memory, suitable for applications that frequently write to memory and require data non-volatility, such as instruments, data loggers, etc.
- 23LCT512T: A 512Kb SPI Quad I/O SRAM chip, characterized by low power consumption and high performance, packaged in TSSOP, suitable for applications that require large-capacity high-speed cache or temporary data storage, such as network devices, image processing systems, etc.
