Digital Isolators Series

- ISO77xx Series: Characterized by high isolation voltage, high data rates, and low power consumption, these isolators use silicon dioxide (SiO₂) isolation technology to provide reliable signal isolation. They can withstand a wide temperature range and high common-mode transient immunity, commonly used in signal isolation and transmission in fields such as industrial automation, communication, and automotive electronics.

- ISO15xx Series: Low-power bidirectional digital isolators, such as ISO1540-Q1 and ISO1541-Q1, based on capacitive isolation technology, with logic input and output buffers isolated by a SiO₂ isolation barrier. They can block high voltages, isolate grounds, and prevent noise current interference with sensitive circuits, suitable for applications requiring small packaging and I2C interface isolation.


Isolated Interface Transceivers Series

- ISO14xx Series: Noise-immune isolated RS-485 transceivers with a high isolation voltage of 5 kV rms, effectively preventing common-mode noise interference and ensuring the reliability and stability of RS-485 communication, suitable for long-distance communication scenarios such as industrial field buses.

- ISO1042-Q1: An automotive isolated CAN FD transceiver with 70 V bus fault protection and flexible data rates,采用optimized electromagnetic compatibility (EMC) design to work reliably in harsh automotive electrical environments, ensuring the integrity and reliability of CAN bus communication, mainly used in CAN communication interfaces in automotive electronic control systems.


Isolated Amplifiers Series

- AMC1300: A ±250-mV input, precision current sensing enhanced isolated amplifier with high accuracy and high common-mode transient immunity (CMTI), capable of accurately measuring current in high common-mode voltage environments, suitable for current sensing applications in automotive power systems and motor drive fields.

- AMC1311-Q1: A 2-V input, precision voltage sensing enhanced isolated amplifier with good linearity and stability, providing reliable isolated amplification for voltage measurement in high-voltage systems, commonly used in voltage sensing and monitoring circuits in automotive and industrial control fields.

- AMC3330-Q1: A ±1-V input, precision voltage sensing enhanced isolated amplifier integrated with a DC/DC converter, providing stable power supply for the isolated side circuit while achieving voltage sensing, reducing the complexity of external power supply design, suitable for automotive electronic applications with high space and power requirements.


Isolated Power Supply Series

- SN6501-Q1: An automotive low-noise, 350-mA, 410-kHz transformer driver for driving isolated power supplies, capable of converting input power into isolated and stable power output, providing the required working power for other isolated devices or circuits, ensuring electrical isolation and power supply stability between different parts of the system, mainly used in isolated power supply design in automotive electronics systems.


USB Isolators Series

- ISO USB 211-Q1: An automotive low-emission isolated USB repeater supporting low-speed, high-speed, and full-speed USB communication, preventing electrical interference and common-mode voltage issues between USB devices, ensuring the stability and security of USB communication, suitable for USB interface connections in automotive electronics, such as communication between in-vehicle infotainment systems, automotive diagnostic equipment, and external USB devices.


Isolated Digital Input Series

- ISO 1228: An eight-channel isolated 24-V to 36-V digital input receiver with current limiting and LED indication, capable of safely isolating and converting external high-voltage digital signals to low-voltage digital signals suitable for controller processing, applicable to digital input signal acquisition in industrial control fields, such as isolation input of sensor signals, switch signals, etc.
